The Longview Advantage ETF (ticker EBI) recently seeded in-kind w/ 75% other ETFs
I spoke with portfolio manager Matt Zenz last month. His fund, EBI, launched last week with $440 million AUM (short of $500 million projected, but impressive). The fund used Section 351 conversion to seed in-kind.
